Recipe: Me-Ma’s Chicken & Dumplins

Michelle’s grandmother, Me-Ma, loved preparing this recipe for her family, and Michelle continues to make it to this day! We hope you enjoy it as well.

Directions:
1. Bake chicken pieces until fully cooked
2. Set chicken aside and add broth to large pot
3. Add 1 qt milk to chicken broth, salt & pepper to taste
4. Add stick of butter, can of chicken broth, 2 tsp of chicken granules
5. Roll out 3-4 cans of biscuits on floured surface, one biscuit at a time
6. Pinch biscuits into bite-sized pieces
7. Bring milk/broth mixture to a boil and add biscuits
8. Stir constantly after adding each biscuit piece
9. When all biscuit pieces have been added, add chicken pieces
10. Simmer and stir constantly for 5 minutes
11. Remove from heat, serve, and enjoy!
